Getting Started with Zillow Flex
Zillow Flex Home Loan Program
Set up Your Zillow Profile
Set up or update your Zillow Agent profile. Ensure the email address on your Zillow profile is the same email address you use for GAMLS and FMLS.
Add your FMLS and GAMLS information to Zillow. If your MLS information AND email does not match, you will not be able to accept the team invite.
Connect Your Past Sales
Make sure all previous transactions are showing on your Zillow profile. Add any missing transactions.
If you are new to Zillow or making changes to your profile's MLS information, it may take a few days for your sales data to sync.
Get reviewed
If you do not already have reviews on Zillow, reach out to previous clients that have left you exceptional reviews on other sites and ask them to review you on Zillow. It is important you get 5 reviews as quickly as possible, but going forward, we highly recommend using Zillow as your primary review collection resource.
