For all Flex leads, the campaign will automatically launch once the lead is moved from the "Lead" stage. It's important to note that this transition must occur within the first 10 days of receiving the lead for the automatic launch to take effect. If the lead remains in the "Lead" stage beyond this 10-day window, the campaign will need to be initiated manually through the Action Plan tab. For Sphere leads, we offer the flexibility of setting up the campaign to run automatically on an individual agent opt-in basis, allowing agents to tailor their approach to their specific network. This comprehensive drip campaign ensures that new leads receive timely and relevant information throughout their homebuying journey, helping to build trust and maintain engagement over the 75-day period.
