Update Their Status

Change their status in the Zillow CRM.

Keeping leads in "new" status negatively impacts your scoring.

Confirm Agent Relationship

Send them a request to confirm you as their agent on Zillow.

This ensures your are the only agent Zillow will connect them with for an additional 6-months and allows you to see all of their search activity through Zillow.
